Alie Berry

Alie is a crafter in her late twenties who loves pumpkins and dressing up like a bumblebee. Wait, no, that was twenty years ago. Now, I love crocheting, Bob's burgers, and buying yarn on sale at Michaels.

I learned about the craft world in 2002 while visiting by aunt who had recently moved to Boston. We were walking around Harvard Square and I stumbled into a bead store. All the pretty colors and bead designs drew me in. I made this very ugly yellow and orange necklace which featured an orange plastic rhino bead. Unfortunately, this gem is no longer in my possession, it took a swim to the bottom of Lake Winnipesaukee.

Crafting started as a hobby, but became a passion. I may have started with jewelry making, but I have tried MANY different forms of crafting: knitting, baking, sewing, painting, weaving. My favorite and most consistent recently has been crochet; creating a huge beautiful blanket from a string of yarn is so amazing! You will find a crochet hook in my hand during all of my free time - I even carry one around with me in my purse.

Thanks for visiting my little site :) If you have any questions or would like a custom order - send me an email! I'd love to hear from you.
